The strong point of our service has always been the restaurant, managed by Miriam, a chef who has gained important experience in some of the most renowned characteristic restaurants of Romagna and Tuscany and given expert assistance by an experienced staff and further helped by Francesca who checks the quality of the products with characteristic professionalism.
On waking up in the morning you will be greeted by the fragrance of home baked pastries and croissants fresh from the oven which you will find in our plentiful American breakfast buffet which also offers cereals, cold cuts and cheese, eggs, fruit, yoghurt, fresh milk and many other tasty morsels. To make your holiday more enjoyable there is a choice of 8 first courses and 8 second courses every day, with menus designed to let you taste local and seasonal products, typical local and international dishes, with menus of fish or meat or at the whim of the guest, with a tasty but light cuisine, prepared with the best quality products, a superb buffet of starters, grilled vegetables, side dishes and fresh vegetables of the season and dessert a la carte.
